Editor’s Note – September 6th, 2019

Hello Readers,

I hope everyone has had a great summer and getting excited for the upcoming Fall season with all the leaves changing color. We had one more trip planned to Myrtle Beach, but “Dorian” had another idea for us. But we always believe it was meant to be when plans get changed by Mother Nature.

The Auction needs a lot of TLC and as soon as we get a chance it will get a major overhaul. We had an “Early Bird” auction that was very successful and we have purchased truckloads of merchandise and items from estates that will make our bidders very happy! If you would like to join Sams Facebook Auction, it’s FREE and you can browse over 100 of items each auction! Next auction will start on September 18th and run until the 24th. Up to 75% off major items and “As seen on TV” items, Christmas QVC items, Lock & Lock, Bedding and more! Come Join Us!!!

After numerous complaints the music has finally piped down at the end of the bridge. When residents complain enough and it gets published where all can see that the town must do something, even though the councilman THOUGHT he had pull, ordinances are the law.

Thanks to all the readers who has called or seen me and express their pleasure of reading The Country Times. It means a lot when readers let me know they are enjoying the paper. Thank You, to all my readers for making The Country Times successful for over 15-years!

Until the next issue…Keep Smiling! Sug Sams
