Kenneth William “Bill” Sloan, a Local Businessman, Indicted on Malicious Assault
A Clendenin business man that owns numerous rental properties has been indicted by the Kanawha County Grand Jury on Malicious Assault. Kenneth William “Bill” Sloan was indicted stemming from an incident in August of 2017, where he allegedly assaulted his disabled brother, Keith Sloan at the Capitol Flea Market that caused serious injuries resulting in Keith Sloan’s neck being broke, surgery, weeks in the hospital, still suffers pain, and health issues.
Kenneth William “Bill” Sloan with be arraigned before Judge Webster on August 13th. If convicted Sloan could spend up to ten years in prison and face a hefty fine.
